The Permission Click team has completed the application update and queued email notifications and report requests are now being processed. We will be continuing to monitor all systems for any changes.

A fix has been identified and an update to the application is expected today at 9:00 p.m. (CST) afterwhich all queued email notifications and report requests will be processed and delivered.

We are experiencing a service interruption that is currently impacting both the delivery of email notifications and the generation of reports from within the Permission Click application. The Permission Click team is working on resolving the interruption as soon as possible and services should be restored by the end of business day today (Friday, January 31, 2020). Impacted emails: • Form reminders • Response invitations (rostering) • Response confirmations • Approval notifications • Forgot password

Impacted reports: • All reporting including deposits, custom, and response status summaries.
