We've made some updates to the platform and have narrowed the issue down to instances of phone number fields within repeatable fields.
Our support team is continuing to work towards a complete fix to this issue.
Our support team has identified an issue that is affecting repeatable question fields on public forms. Currently users are unable to enter information into these fields.
