Our support team has deployed several performance enhancements and we are currently monitoring the platform for any further issues. Currently, the platform is fully operational and can be used as normal.

The platform overall has stabilized, and access is returning to normal. The support team is working on several performance enhancements to help alleviate some of the performance issues we are experiencing with increased platform usage.

Some users are reporting issues with logging in and using the form and response managers. There are also some parents/guardians reporting issues with completing forms.
