We are experiencing some issues with the "Cancel & Refund Response" function in the response details modal window. Our support team is aware of the issue and are working on a resolution as quickly as possible.
You are still able to cancel and refund responses by checking off the response you wish to cancel/refund in the Response Manager and clicking the "Cancel xx Responses" button in the upper toolbar.

Subscribe to other services using the bell icon on the subscribe button on the status page.
