Microsoft is still working on some outstanding issues, but the problems affecting Azure Active Directory authentication are resolved.

Microsoft is reporting that their engineering teams have rolled out a fix to all affected regions and that their reporting suggests that the error rate for dependent services is rapidly decreasing.
Microsoft services are starting to see signs of recovery but some services and offerings may have varying times of recovery following the underlying fix.
We have been notified that Microsoft Azure Active Directory has encountered degraded service that is impacting all Internet-based services that leverage logging in via Azure Active Directory.
This includes the Permission Click platform when logging in with a Microsoft account or using Azure Active Directory.
