If you are experiencing an error when submitting your response and you see a warning message at the top of the page with a "Reload" button, please use that reload function to reload your form to help mitigate the issue for the time being.

Our support team has deployed several updates to the platform to help accommodate a large amount of surge traffic the platform received earlier today and we are seeing improvements when both trying to access and submit a form.
